Description.
The owner of the historic house at logan circle wants to create a retreat for the basement. a space with all the amenities, kitchen, laundry , bedroom, bathroom, and living room. to make the place a rental apartment.
Special Point 1
The size of the small kitchen forced us to make a design using shelves and small appliances while keeping the functionality of a regular size kitchen.
Special Point 2
the kitchen island was custom build according to our design to maximize the kitchen ,and living room space and provide additional storage.
