- A family of three children. they bought a property located around the potomac river with the idea of being able to build the dream home.
- They will enjoy the natural enviroment and the view of the potomac from the house.
Special Point 1
The view of potomac from the rooftop terrace that we design.
Special Point 2
The transparency of the windows gives plenty opportunity to enjoy the natural light inside the house and reflects the beauty of the nature into the house.
Special Point 3
The facade of the house with simple basic lines and shapes that create a cohesive place to exists in harmony with the nature.
Special Point 4
As part of a simple design. the material of fiber cement panels it allowed us to complete the design of the project.
